The Swedish Armed Forces arrange for some of their fighter jets to fly in a Christmas tree-shaped formation across the country each December – as a way to practise and show off their own skills, and spread festive cheer among the public.
For the first time, the Swedish jets will be joined by their Danish and Norwegian counterparts.
On Monday, the Blekinge wing flew over southern Sweden, and Norrbotten made a loop from Piteå to Uppsala and back north.
